National Stress Awareness Week is running this year from Monday 7 November to Friday 11 November. Work related stress is a trade union issue, 70% of health and safety reps identified stress as one of the top five hazards in their workplace in the TUC’s safety rep survey.

We have resources on the MU website related to stress and other mental health and wellbeing issues which we encourage members to familiarise themselves with – but here are some of our top tips for tackling work related stress.
